Networks not reachable from VZ as if there's no route

Hi, Networks are not reachable from VZ FIOS as if there's no route. Upon further checking, issue appears to be widespread. I've checked two major SPs VZ/Sprint and neither has these networks, while ATT/HE.NET/ route-views all have them. root# for i in 8.8.8.8 121.51.175.17 121

Is Verizon core network broken? Can someone reach out to Verizon core network team so that they can look into why so many networks are missing?

Hi, I've been a new Verizon residential FIOS user since May and the mysterious connectivity issues at home lead me to a bit of hunting. From what I can tell, the Verizon network as a whole effectively blocks or filters following major networks. The same networks are mostly reachable from AT&T LTE
