They have units that will test up to 1Gbps and 10Gbps.
You're looking at several thousand US$ per unit, under US$10,000.
Mark.
Mark,
What does this Viavi's QT-600 platform cost? Does it test 10G or only 1G?

Full credit to you for acknowledging and owning this.
Best of luck to you.

It's been a while since the time somebody was dorksplaining RIP to Tony Li. :)
If anyone on here has experience with the ASR series running the
RSP440-SE or -TR, please contact me off-list. I'm trying to better
understand real world performance when it comes to handling a few full
BGP tables on these, it would be running as very basic edge router
primarily just doing BGP.

Hi,
I have both 1Gig and 10Gig DWDM optics from SF.com being using in Cisco
and Mikrotik switches.
Never had an issue with them. Work flawless .. for years.

I concur. I have also used CWDM and DWDM optics and they are fine. I have had

Samir,
I have purchased over a thousand SFPs from Fiber Store. I can recall less than
5 having problems when we received them (not all even DOA) and I know less than
10 dead even after deployment. Some we have ad running for 4+ years. We have
done very little with their SFP+ equipment, reall

In the original spec of IPv6, there were no PI addresses, only PA; one of the
unfulfilled promises of IPv6 was that the IPv6 DFZ would remain very small.

Can a Nanog Op please ban this guy from joining again?
@Everyone
I'm not gonna justify my behaviour. Yes my post was rude. I made a mistake.
I was way over in my head. When I typed the original message I was obsessed
with the man John Levine. He was responsible for the attacks on me in 4
mailing lists. DMARC, DKIM, IETF and this one (the old thread).

Because we disapprove of argumentum ad hominem and assume that if your
reasoning leads with that fallacy right out of the gate it will
contain the other errors as well

Hello All,
Does anyone know the best way to get connect to Craiglist technical

since early this year we noticed that most of our IP blocks are blocked
on some of the Craigslist's servers. One easy example is finding any

None of our stuff has management, all passive. Once you get into the amps and
whatnot, those have management. We'll likely be getting some shortly as we're
rebuilding our infrastructure and adding some things.

I created that medium post for non-technical audience. But yes your
feedback is quite valid. I just removed plenty of content from the blog
post.
