Get procmail installed on the IMAP server? Or, if this is Cyrus,
doesn't it have some sort of scripting facility you can use (whatever
they called the successor to "flames").

"color index fgcolor bgcolor ~N" doesn't work for you? "~O" might be
necessary if you use mark_old. But this works wonderfully for me.

est ncurses and libtermcap for some unknown reason. This makes
programs that look for termcap first use it, and the same for
terminfo. The terminal descriptions can sometimes do different things
between the two schemes in my experience.

only affects the list-reply function now. To get the same mailing
list behaviour as with 1.0, use "subscribe" instead.
