i tested it and it definitely seemed to be happening, but after closing

Erhm - "l ~D" will limit the messages to all the messages which are
tagged for deletion.

How can I configure mutt to implicitly prepend the '=' or '+' to a
user specified mailbox like in .
I can remap the 'c' command for example to print the '=' for me so
then I only need enter the folder name but this clobbers
the suggested folder name - which is frequently useful.

~/.muttrc _and_
~/.mutt/muttrc
... but the man page doesn't mention this. Gah. Why not? I found out
accidentally, and it's very useful to me.
Of course, if the manpage does know... where?
