has allowed me to remove my macro for spell checking before sending.

Thanks for the suggestion. While a nice idea, I don't
longer hit backspace to go back and correct a
mistake. This only happens in this part of the composition process.
Working on the body of the message is completely normal. Does anyone know
if this is fixable?

I just upgraded to Mutt 1.3.12 from 1.2.5. When I started it up, Mutt
complained that it didn't like my imap_checkinterval line in my .muttrc. I
