Is there any way of executing a mutt command or macro when the terminal window is resized? I think usually curses|ncurses programs run such code on receipt of the SIGWINCH signal, so is there a mutt hook that runs from that signal handler? Maybe in a patch if not in vanilla? -- Please *no* priv
