It looks like the product is being activated against TeamViewer VPN
software and not an actual networking device, so from time to time your VPN
software may change the MAC address it is using, causing your license the
to need re-activating.

Tragically this has happened so many time that I have run out of recycles :(
And as I am in South Africa and Support is in USA, the delay between
discovery and help is about 12 hours or so :(

yesterday I noticed that my already activated installation, which I
didn't use for a bit more then a month, was also not activated anymore.
I recycled one of the licenses to get it activated again. But you can
only do this once a year, as I understood.
