The modules are (in reversed Google order): PLP, Devel::GetSymbols,
Crypt::Caesar, Math::Calc::Euro, Math::MagicSquare::Generator.
(1) Not really. Because of the silence after registration I forgot to
register some more recent modules.

Note that the module is "again.pm". "again" in the subject is not to

'if_not_loaded_before_or_changed_since_last_use' simply is too long :)
The POD explains what it does in detail.
(And if even that is not detailed enough, feel free to read its source.
It's very readable and simple)
