Some context for other admins – it looks like "asterisk-perl" should be
like the rest of the Asterisk distro stuff but it's not:
asterisk::perl,JAMESGOL,c
vs
Asterisk,ITCHARLIE,c

Asterisk::AGI,ITCHARLIE,c
Asterisk::AGI,JAMESGOL,f
Asterisk::Manager,ITCHARLIE,c

More details as to why I requested this:
I uploaded 2 versions of 'asterisk-perl' ( listed below ) distribution to
Pause where both ended up with indexing errors because I don't have
permissions to 'Asterisk::Perl' namespace. I was advised to move forward
with a new distro name like 'Asterisk' si
