Looks like you packed up your own tarball (or zipfile, really) because
Net-IPFromZip-0.02.zip contains the folder "Net-IPFromZip" without the
version number, which could be related to the permissions problem.
Try creating your tarball with the Makefile. Run "perl Makefile.PL" and
then "make dist"

Could you please attach a copy of the emails you received from PAUSE with
the error messages? Also, can you post your tarballs to dropbox or some
other public site and give us a link?
Generally speaking, if you're uploading Geo::IP::Reverse, you need to have
a tarball named Geo-IP-Reverse-
Hi,
I tried twice uploading a module (my first) and I twice got a message that
I don't have permission for the package name. I uploaded under the names
Geo::IP::Reverse and Net::IPFromZip
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
