I'm happy to allow anybody to take ownership of any of my CPAN modules. I
am not doing much Perl lately and am unlikely to spend much if any time on
any of them any time soon.

I have transferred all first-come permissions on Algorithm-Diff to Rik Signes
(RJBS), who has stepped forward to fix a bunch of the outstanding bugs, given
this is fairly high up the CPAN River.

I’m one of the PAUSE admins, and I’m working on resolving distributions where
multiple people hold first-come permissions on packages that make up the
distribution. One of these is the Algorithm-Diff distribution. It’s a bit
complicated, so please bear with me.
