Crypt::Tea issue aside for a moment and solve the two issues which
seem to be within sight of solution:

On 6mar2002 I registered the CGI::Htauth namespace.

I was getting when I tried to "Edit Module Metadata". There should
be CGI::Htauth, Term::Clui and Crypt::Tea. There has been no reply.
At that stage, the module

Well, that's a bit of a surprise, there should be CGI::Htauth,
Term::Clui and Crypt::Tea ...
And yet I am still able to Upload these modules ...
