Dear PAUSE Admins!
Since yesterday (at least to my knowledge), it's impossible to upload packages
to PAUSE.
I've seen in the Tail Daemon Logfile that there is always the same activity:

Dear Admins,
As one of the co-maintainers I have implemented a new version of
Test::Files module, which is now available on GitHub
(https://github.com/jsf116/Test-Files).
However, trying to upload this to CPAN I get the following error:
% cpan-upload -u JSF Test-Files-0.16.tar.gz
