Dear Admins,
As one of the co-maintainers I have implemented a new version of
Test::Files module, which is now available on GitHub
(https://github.com/jsf116/Test-Files).
However, trying to upload this to CPAN I get the following error:
% cpan-upload -u JSF Test-Files-0.16.tar.gz
PAUSE Password:
registering upload with PAUSE web server
POSTing upload for Test-Files-0.16.tar.gz to
https://pause.perl.org/pause/authenquery?ACTION=add_uri
request failed with error code 500
Message: Internal Server Error
Is this a temporary issue or do I need some additional permissions?

*P.S.* I tried to contact the author of this module Phil Crow, but his
mailbox philcrow2...@yahoo.com is disabled so that I get the response
code 554.
