Yep, that sounds like the right thing to do here. The 0.03 release is the
"officially" supported version anyway and it's probably best not to have
the older releases around at this stage.

distributions have split ownership, or where some modules have no ownership, or
are in conflict with another distribution. Your Tk-DKW distribution is one of
these.
