It looks like https://metacpan.org/release/Make is abandoned at this point,
and assuming that is true, I'm interested in working on it. I'm more
interested in getting https://metacpan.org/pod/PerlPowerTools working under
Windows with Strawberry Perl. That relies on Make for its pmake uti
Digest::Bcrypt is in need of adoption and I wouldn't mind taking over
maintenance of that. My PAUSE id is capoeirab.
