Hi there. It looks like https://metacpan.org/release/Make is abandoned at this point, and assuming that is true, I'm interested in working on it. I'm more interested in getting https://metacpan.org/pod/PerlPowerTools working under Windows with Strawberry Perl. That relies on Make for its pmake utility, and Make currently fails one of its two existing tests under Strawberry perl (specifically 5.22.0, though I suspect that's true off older versions as well).
