I still do not see my Parse::Syntax module in the module list. I was
woundering if I hate to wait some more or something went wrong?

I wanted to have an index.html file in my CPAN directory. How could I do
that? The thing is, I'd have to update it regularly, and upload it back.
As far as I know, PAUSE wouldn't let me to upload two files with the same
name.
Please suggest
