IO, including IO:File, IO::Handle, etc, hasn't been updated since 2009.
However the bug list is still growing. Are these modules no longer

I've just come across Crypt::Tea and read several complaints about it
stomping on Crypt::TEA. It appears the author has re-released it at
Crypt::Tea_JS, is someone able to remove the old Crypt::Tea or does the
author have to do it?
