I am new to the list, just starting to use mjpegtools. I came to mjpegtools
mostly because I have a shaky hand, and mjpegtools seem to be the only way to
do image stabilization under Linux...
I have been studying the howtos and faqs, but have a few remaining questions.

1. lav... is for MJPEG
2. mpeg... is for MPEG
3. yuv... and y4m... are more or less the same, I can use yuv... and y4m tools
together without recoding in between.
