I deal with this sort of thing by just catting the short vob onto the end
of the previous one; in this case, append it to the end of chapter 14.

lling to bet it's "cannot determine standard" or whatever the
wording is because yuvscaler can't tell whether -O DVD means a PAL or
NTSC DVD and you need to use:
yuvscaler -n p -O DVD
or whatever the PAL syntax is (I'm in NTSC country).
