A followup (but in a new thread since I didn't save the earlier
message) to the earlier "constrains and aspect ratio" posting. It
dawned on me that my arithmetic (or at least the explanation of the
end result) was faulty.

I have to say, that mpeg2enc is the best mpeg coder I ever seen.

Every day I shoot some videos with my vhs-c camera and then tansfer them
to pc with dc10plus card.
As You know, dc10plus can capture 768x576 or 384x288 videos, i. e. exactly
4:3 aspect.
