It isn't all that noticeable - my wife doesn't notice it - and it is no where near as

kernel. It records for 1.07 seconds and stops working. Xawtv seems to
work fine. I switched back 2.4.20 and everything works just fine.
I don't need to run 2.4.21 but I am just curious what has changed.

1) Do I have to pay licensing fees ( eg: to any company which developed mpeg
