OpenBSD 3.9 on Sony Vaio FS-115S

After install/upgrade OpenBSD 3.9 at the system startup the operating system jams with this error: "fxp0: SCB time out". The error is occured when the system tried to assign the IP at the network card. Now I have disabled the network startup. The dmesg reports: === OpenBSD 3.9 (G
