Also, it's not really a bug per se, but if FTP times out after 60
seconds for any reason in general, shouldn't pkg_add say something
nicer about it than "No packages in PKG_PATH"?

and this is reminiscent of what would happen if I tried using active
FTP from behind a firewall in the past...
