Hi all - I've just installed xfce and xfce-extras on my x86_64 box,
running the snapshot from 11/11.
I'm having trouble with gtk+3 applications such as firefox and geany.
It *seems* gtk+3 is not being recognized, i.e., the scrollbar is an
inoperative, wide gtk+2-type scrollbar, applications app

Maybe a corrupted or too big /bsd file?
I am curious about the cause.

Help.
I was upgrading a few very similar machines to -current today.
ONE of the three decided to be unpleasant. The thing has a
serial console, and but it is about 370km from me. :-/
Upgrade from Sep 9 current to today's current via bsd.rd, just
like the other two.
Upon reboot, it does this (fr

Sorry, just to double-check. From
https://www.openbsd.org/faq/faq4.html#Multibooting
you created the pbr with
# dd if=/dev/rsd2a of=openbsd
Yes, with same result.

Hi,
if I read the code correctly, the demotion counter would only _prevent_
preemptive failover if the preempting master was demoted.
A demoted master would failover to a less demoted backup no matter what
the advbase / advskew timing says.
The relevant code is following sys/netinet/ip_carp.c:665
Snap response but have you tried the pbr from sd2c?

Hi misc,
I've just shrinked the Windows partition on my X1 Carbon and installed
OpenBSD 6.2 with full disk encryption. After copying the PBR Windows is not
able to boot with it, returning error 0x07b: file is missing or corrupt.
I've tried with "PBR"s from several partitions, including sd2a w
