Dear All,
Is there any way to autostop the HDDs after some time of idleness ?
Under Linux it seems difficult since the hdd is needed to be
ready/working all the time even when the system is idle. It seeC9s 2

Hi,
Thanks a lot for your answer.
It does'nt work on me for two reasons :
- startkde does'nt finish the job, it awaits in graphic mode for some
answers from my side but I don't see anything. Being lost with 'graphic
mode not supported in front of me' I can't end the process at all and

Hello,
I seem to have a problem where 4.4 hangs writing to swap.
I can run: stress --vm 5 --vm-bytes 5M --vmhang 5 --timeout 1m
under 4.3 but under 4.4 the machine hangs. Here's the background.
I'm ran nothing but bind (+ cron etc.) on a 586 with 48M of RAM

Note:
Manufacturers PDF says "Complies with PCI 2.3" but the
information on the products packaging is not consistent
(depending on the language it is PCI 2.2 or 2.3).
I think it is a PCI 2.3 device.
So you might want to make sure your mainboard actually
