vkGetPhysicalDeviceQueueFamilyProperties() should overwrite
pQueueFamilyPropertyCount with the number of structures actually

UBO buffer addresses to shader, and knowing up front the # of UBOs is
useful. But I noticed ttn wasn't setting this.
