Gail, I am not sure if you are C/S or Magic, but you have the ability to include the Include Verified Date/Time on a report. It is in the lab, mic, bbk result format dictionaries. An idea is to create a new inquiry to use and include formats that have this prompt set to "Y". Hope this helps!
