I am interested in how other Meditech facilities are ordering TPN.
Specifically, are ordering TPN within Meditech or using a third party.
If you are ordering TPN within Meditech, what if any decision support
were you able to build in?

We are C/S 5.4 SR2 and are looking into an update for next summer. I
hear from Meditech that beta testing for 5.6 is going well and may be
ready for general release in February or March of 2007.
For all the beta sites out there:
1) How is it going with 5.6?
2) Were you able to go from 5.4
We are a Magic site - 5.5 SR2 and have had the same problems on our A
machine.
Our Ops Manager has noticed that A machine hits 100% CPU usage. The
main area
to complain are the coders in Abstracting when they are processing an
abstract and have
to launch the 3M product.

Hello everyone
I'm looking for an attribute that defaults in the info on a specific
query from ED visit to ED visit.
I know it would be easier to use the Demo-Recall function, but I don't
want any other info to default in from visit to visit. Only a single
query.
Any help would be appreciated.
We have this as a custom (I think we have had it for about 4 years and 3
upgrades. Not sure why it couldn't be standard at this point). Our sign
on looks like this. It defaults to "No". It has made all the difference
with Medical Records workload for chasing provider signatures.

A site survey is critical when planning a WLAN. This will discover any
areas that do not get appropriate coverage, and it also allows planning for
channel roaming. In the US, there are only 3 non-overlapping channels (1,6,

Hi Betty:
We are using Symbol scanners - LS2208 - they are programable for any use
you need. Currently we are using them in the OR for scanning Pt
wristbands and for entering supplies into the PICIS MedSurg. They are a
wedge connection into the keyboard.
