[MEDITECH-L] Assessment Forms for Downtime Use

Hi all, I am looking for any ideas for downtime documentation of PCS assessments. We are a C/S site. When we have planned or unplanned downtime we need to have a form that resembles our assessments that can be used during the downtime. After the downtime is over our policy is that the i
