I have yet to see a real 2D barcode on any product in our pharmacy, and
I've scanned thousands. Use of RSS is becoming more widespread, but RSS
it not 2D, it is stacked 1D. Instead of arbitrarily buying "2D
scanners", look for scanners that can decode RSS. Get one or two demo
scanners and make s

I am wondering if anyone out there knows if we actually need to be able to
read 2D bar codes for eMAR/BMV. Meditech says we do need to be able to read
2D, which apparently increases the cost of the scanner by a little bit.
I am just wondering--- Anybody know what manufacturer is using this code?
