My system is getting spammed by outbound.protection.outlook.com
mail=
rcpt=, stat=550
rcpt=, stat=550
and this happens again and again.
(note: it happened before with other MAIL addresses)
It their MTA broken -- ignoring 550 for RCPT?
Or is the sender submitting the mail again and again?
