Click on one of your "Sources" of mail at the bottom of the mailbox
list, right click, and pick one of the options in the Synchronisation
Schedule menu. To check three times a day, you'll probably have to do it
manually.

For the last week or 10 days, I regularly get error messages saying that
there's something wrong with my password, either for checking mail or
for the SMTP server for sending it. In all cases, I reenter the

I've kept it at bay by having auto-delay all my emails with 10 minutes
so I at leas have 10 minutes to either redo/cancel my mail or at
