Excuse me if I'm missing something here.. setting up MM sounds like a lot of work and what happens when you know you need to see an email? Couldn't you simply close the app and only open it three times a day?

Click on one of your "Sources" of mail at the bottom of the mailbox list, right click, and pick one of the options in the Synchronisation Schedule menu. To check three times a day, you'll probably have to do it manually.

Great question, Max. Looks as if you can set that in Mailbox > Synchronization Schedule.

Hi,

How can I get mailmate to only fetch mail when I want to fetch mail ?

Trying to get in a habit of only checking mail three times a day and if I could get mailmate to
stop fetching new mails that would be great :)
