Yes. I believe the shortest is 5 min. And yes, it is (still) the
default. The continuous doesn’t say that on mine, it says,
“Connected.”
Please check your version/upgrade it to at least to Release 1.14. I
can’t help you further on 1.13.

Thanks for your response. I only have one source account. When I go to the
synchronization schedule, I see, in a vertical list: connected [which I believe
is the continuous, or close to it, option]; 5 minutes; 10 minutes; 30 minutes;
hour; manually.
