Hi,
Today I switched form mojave to catalina (10.15.2). Everything works
fine except the apple mail incoming sound doesn’t appear. I can’t
choose the sound in the preferences as well.
Is there a work around or a planned fix?

You didn't write when it fails, but I assume you mean that emails
don't leave the mailbox when it's no longer “today”. At least, if
I send an email to myself then it does show up in the Today mailbox.

I use DavMail to receive and handle messages from my exchange account
with MailMate. That works. But: If I send a message I always get a the
sent message and a duplicate of the sent message. Is there any

I couldn’t make it work. MailMate repeatedly asked for the password although it
was correct. The log shows: Server response: “A0 NO LOGIN failed”.
How did you manage to configure it?

Bad news again. The local administration doesn’t allow IMAP/SMTP. For now I’ll
switch to Apple mail to handle my private and work email account. Maybe you,

Bad news. I have to use exchange to handle my work emails. I would rather use
mailmate but mailmate doesn’t support exchange. That’s too bad. I’ve tried
davmail to get mailmate handle it but with no success. The exchange server
doesn't support neither imap nor smtp. Forwarding mails isn’t allowe
