If I understand your requirements, this is a very straightforward
applicaiton of MailMate filtering and rules.
Each set of conditions and rules in MailMate applies to a specific
folder or group of folders, and you can easily define a series of

Think the Rules are in the general settings: com.freron.MailMate.plist,
but you may need to confirm with someone else. I shut down MM and copy
all settings whether moving to a new machine or re-establishing settings
