Debian image of Rpi comes with LXDE (
http://www.raspberrypi.org/downloads ). Arch Linux is a minimal
distro, but you can always install the desktop environment you want. I
am not sure, if the image that Rpi providing comes with X. But it is
possible to install it, if its not.
