Debian image of Rpi comes with LXDE ( http://www.raspberrypi.org/downloads ). Arch Linux is a minimal distro, but you can always install the desktop environment you want. I am not sure, if the image that Rpi providing comes with X. But it is possible to install it, if its not.
I ordered one from http://shopping.kitsnspares.com/bon1/productdescription.asp?id=73514844 . But part was not available when I ordered few months before, they said I will get it at the end of July.
