Itunes works much better on the mac than it does in windows. However, I use the
vlc player, which you can get from videolan.org. It plays just about
everything. The problem with itunes is that it insists on adding everything you

disks, control click the flash drive and choose set as destination. You need to

interest in fixing this. If possible, use html 5 instead of flash, it's a newer

Do you have the tool bar enabled? If so, I would disable it. The less you have
on the screen to keep the focus of the main content, the better, I would get
rid of the tool bar, book marks bar, all of that extra stuff. I haven't had the

For saving the battery, rather than using the screen curtain, I would turn the
display brightness all the way down to 0, that will totally turn off the screen

Any mac you will purchase, unless you buy a fairly old one that is used will
have more than enough memory to support voice over, so you should be fine.

This information is displayed in the call window. The only thing is, it doesn't
always gain focus. So, you need to press VO f2 twice to open the window menu
and choose the quick answer window. This will allow you to see who is calling
and select the answer button if you wish.

Another thing you can do is set skype to only show you the contacts who are on
line, this is how I have mine, since if they're not on line you can't do much
anyway.
