how do you write on someone's wall using safari? now that facebook has
changed itself, again, there doesn't seem to be a "write on so and
so's wall" link like there used to be!! I can't figure out where it
is!! gah I'm so sick of facebook changing!!!

you can find the users guide by pressing command VO f8. VO = control
and option held together. when the quickstart guide is on, voiceover
is turned off so to return to it press escape to stop quickstart guide
and then of course command f5.

and be picked up by the internal mic? may not be the best sound

welcome to the wonderful world of Mac!!! I grew up on windows too and
didn't find it too hard to adjust. when you're learning, try to throw
away a lot of what you learned about windows and pretend this is the
first computer you've ever used. some stuff is the same, but a lot of
yay!!! I hope this release is a bit more responsive, too! I found 8.1
a bit sluggish when quickly skipping through my library. it would
often become busy and would take a few seconds to become ready again.
I cant wait to hit up software update!!!

hey Mike,
if you hit contextual menu on them (VO shift m) there should be a
choice in there that says "download podcast" or something. VO space on
that and it'll download the episode. then you can hit enter or space
to play it.

you don't need to buy anything separate, well unless you want a
braille display and then you'd have to buy one of those. but as far as
using a mac with leopard, all you need is the computer. voiceover,
like it did in tiger, comes built into leopard.

oh, wow, you got in there to listen? sweet. I tried, but couldn't
