When creating HTML links, you need to include the protocol URI as well as the
address itself. In other words, put http:// before your links, and they will
work fine. Otherwise, they're seen as links relative to the current page.

The first letter of a sentence, or the first letter you type in a text field,
is usually always capitalised. Thus, type your first letter, then activate
shift lock.

Someone with more OS X experience than I may correct me on this, but an
application isn't limited to having just one toolbar. Consider using hotspots
to jump to frequently-used toolbars in your favourite applications.

Do you have speech recognition enabled? If so, either turn it off or change
the command key in System Preferences > Speech > Speech Recognition. That
