The guest account cannot be removed, although it can be disabled. Open System Preferences > Users & Groups and unlock the preferences so you can make changes. Interact with the Users, Groups and Log In Options list (VO-Right once when focussed on the toolbar). In that list, navigate to Other Users > Guest User), stop interacting, and uncheck the checkbox that reads "Allow guests to log in to this computer." -- James Scholes http://twitter.com/JamesScholes
