I read all the time about people getting concerned about little stuff like this.
I wouldn’t worry about it. Just do CMD + Tab, and go on about using your Mac
normally.

When I got my new Mac Mini, it was at Sequoia 15.0. It's now been updated to
15.3, and after completing the update, something strange is going on for me.
I don't have anything open yet except for Finder, but whenever I go into
either System Settings or VoiceOver Settings, every time
Yes, I have this issue as well. I don’t know how to solve it permanently but I
can tell you how to solve it until you restart. Press command+control+q to lock
your screen, then type your password and press enter to unlock it again.
