I go to tap the dictation button to end dictating a message, instead of
dictation stopping, the message is automatically sent. This is frustrating,

I have not seen that problem. I have seen the problem where after I dictate a
message and double tap to stop dictation, it doesn’t stop. Maybe it takes two
or three taps for it to stop. But I haven’t seen what you’re describing, thank

No. If you delete the account from your Mac, it will still be on your iPhone. You shouldn't have any problem doing this.Of course, the best way to resolve this issue is to go to the accounts web portal, and click on the forgot password link. This will allow you to reset the password with something
Unless they have made a change I don’t know about, then deleting the account
from your Mac will not delete it from your phone. That will probably resolve
