Safari bookmarks sync via iCloud. I don't think it matters what Wi-Fi network
you are connected to.
You might try going into your iCloud settings on each of your devices, and turn
off bookmark syncing. Then turn it back on and see what happens on each of your
max.

A quick Google search on the term “how to convert HEI see to JPG” produce good
results. You can do the following to convert HEI see’s to JPG. You can open
them in either preview or in the Photos app and then just save them in the JPG
format.

system resources are handled. Again, I am not certain off the top of my head
what has changed in MacOS 12, but the previous suggestion of a script might
work as well.

I found that attaching them to an email will automatically convert them to jpg

Well, how about the other suggestions. Did you try opening it in preview? Did
you try exporting it and changing the settings in the photo settings? Like I
said a quick Google search produces good results.

When in Photos, you use the Export Photo to export to jpg, not Save. Using
Preview, also works great. Open the image in Preview by using VO-shift-m to
bring up the contextual menu for the photo, then Open With, and choose Preview.
Once open in Preview, you can export to jpg, pdf etc.

or down through the Pop up box. It just cycles around those two.
