I am running Big Sur on my MacBook Air. Every 5 minutes or so, it says login
Caitlyn Furness.. when I try and access the 2window, I just can’t!! I have
tried the window chooser and the running applications. When I use my track
pad, I can see that the password field is dimmed for the cur
I don’t know if this is exactly the same problem, but the same thing happens
with me on my MacBook Air whenever the screen goes dark usually five minutes of

push any key when it says login Caitlyn Furness it’s fine. I still wonder if
there’s any way to stop this, perhaps by making the sleep time longer??

Thank you. Some how all of the accessibility features were checked under
shortcut so every time I pressed command+triple click Touch ID it would bring
up a list instead of just Voiceover.

Also, get your hand away from the top of the phone. You may be triggering the
proximity sensor. This is what lowers the volume when you bring the phone close
to your ear. The phone doesn’t know the difference between an ear and a hand.

I hit letter w twice while holding down VO keys in order to have VoiceOver
spell out the last spoken phrase. It is phonetically though, can I have it
spell out but not phonetically?

VO-w once should say the word again. VO-w the second time is supposed to spell
it out letter by letter. VO-w the third time is supposed to spell it out
phonetically. VO-w the fourth time should start things over again.
