I’m facing a problem after updating on iOS 15. When I’m on the phone app to
call somebody, I tap on the name but it jumps and calls someone else. The
reaction of voiceover on other applications is just fine the problem is only on
the phone when calling.

This is a known bug. It began with the first public release of iOS 15.

Hello everyone, I have recently purchased a MacBook Pro 2019 from
someone who has upgraded to something else. This Mac was reset to all
factory defaults and there are no problems there. It is currently using
Mohave and is running fine. I am trying to upgrade it to the Monterey OS

I would try updating to macOS Catalina first, and then do the update to
Monterey.
If you have a problem finding the Catalina installer, contact me off list, and
I can get it to you.

I suspect that it’s asking you to enter your password for the computer.
Upgrading from Mojave to Monterey is perfectly normal and supported. If just

I've got a late 2014 Mac Mini running Catalina. twice now it has just gone dead
in the middle of doing something. today I was playing an audio file in a folder
on my Mac when it just stopped. at first I thought the file had ended but I
couldn't get a response out of my Mac no matter what I did.
I agree. This is so obvious, I should have thought of this myself.

I have had this several times since 2 updates back. It appears to be a kernel
crash bug of some sort. I also have a 2012 late model Mac mini. This may be a
problem in the kernel specifically or an external trigger. One thing I noted in
the system logs was that logging would cease about 30 minute
