Pressing either Fn + F12, or VO + the Equals/Plus key, increases the system volume. This is not the same as increasing the volume of VoiceOver, relative to the system volume. To adjust the volume of VoiceOver, relative to the system volume, you need to access the Speech Attributes rotor. This i
